      1. Ensure other devices are connected with your wifi router and able to get access to the internet (Wifi and internet are two different things).
      2. Check the network settings of your TV and see if it is connected to the wifi router.
      3. Do a cold reboot of your router and TV by unplugging them from the power source and plugging them back after 3-4 minutes.

      After that turn them on and connect your TV with wifi and it will start working.
